Introduction: This dialogue addresses the critical transformation of the international aid architecture. Against the backdrop of declining traditional Official Development Assistance, shifting donor priorities, the exposed limitations of aid dependency, and the increasing role of the global south countries in the development, the dialogue seeks to explore pathways "Beyond Aid". It convenes experts to analyze drivers of change, examine reform options for global institutions, and showcase successful case studies where trade, investment, and domestic resource mobilization have fueled sustainable development.
