背景介绍：在全球经济地理格局加速重构、国际政治与经济格局深刻变革的时代背景下，国际形势呈现出高度复杂性与不确定性。随着世界向更加多极化的秩序过渡，曾经支撑国际合作的框架，包括联合国2030年可持续发展议程等正在经受考验。地缘政治紧张局势加剧、供应链中断以及经济联盟的变化带来了复杂的挑战，但也为创新、绿色转型和区域合作提供了新的机遇。“一带一路”倡议和不断发展的双边伙伴关系为南南合作和南北可持续发展合作提供了新模式。 本次圆桌会议旨在审视当前地缘政治趋势对全球可持续发展目标议程的影响，探讨多边主义的新模式，并分析各国和各部门如何在推进包容性增长的同时增强韧性，围绕产业转型、绿色发展和合作新模式开展对话，以塑造更加可持续的未来。

Title：Sustainable Development in a Multipolar World: Geopolitics, Green Transformation, and New Pathways of Cooperation
Background：The global pursuit of sustainable development is facing significant challenges amid evolving geopolitical dynamics, growing protectionism, and rapid technological change. As the world transitions toward a more multipolar order, the frameworks that once underpinned international cooperation, including those supporting the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), are being tested. Rising geopolitical tensions, supply chain disruptions, and shifting economic alliances are creating complex challenges. At the same time, these changes present new opportunities for innovation, green transformation, and regional cooperation. The Belt and Road Initiative and evolving bilateral partnerships offer new models for South-South as well as North-South collaboration on sustainable development.
This roundtable aims to examine the impact of current geopolitical trends on the global SDG agenda, explore emerging patterns of multilateralism, and analyse how countries and sectors can build resilience while advancing inclusive growth. It seeks to foster dialogue on industrial transformation, green development for shaping a more sustainable future.
