郇轶中，中国农业大学副教授。
主要研究方向为可持续发展、全球治理和生态环境政策等。主持国家自然科学基金-青年基金项目，曾在Resources, Conservation & Recycling, One Earth, Sustainable Development, Science of the Total Environment, Conservation Letters等SCI/SSCI期刊发表近20篇论文。长期为国家部委、地方政府、联合国机构和企业等，提供可持续发展（SDG）、ESG、环境影响评价、双碳、绿色“一带一路”建设等相关决策咨询、评估和规划编制服务。
