Dr. Jixia Lu is a Professor at College of   Humanities and Development Studies, China Agricultural University. From 2012   to 2013, she visited Institute for Development Studies (IDS) in University of   Sussex, UK as postdoctoral visiting scholar and in 2018 she visited East Asia   and Southeast Asia Research Center of Lund University, Sweden. In recent   years, her research fields focused on China and International Development,   Development intervention and community change, South-south migration (Chinese   in Africa / African in China). She has published over 40 articles on   international and national journals, including top ones like World Development, Foreign Affairs Review.

陆继霞，中国农业大学人文与发展学院教授、博士生导师，中国社会学会发展社会学分会理事、北京社会学学会理事，英国萨塞克斯大学发展研究所（IDS）和瑞典隆德大学东亚与东南亚研究中心访问学者。近年来聚焦中国与国际发展、南南人口流动以及国家农政变迁等领域的研究。曾在国内外期刊发表论文40余篇，其中包括《World   Development》（2篇）和《外交评论》（1篇）等发展研究领域的顶级期刊，关于国际援助、中非农业合作、农村土地流转等方面的研究被多次引用和转载；主编和参编著作7部，其中《新发展的示范：中国援非农业技术示范中心的微观叙事》一书（第三作者）被林毅夫和汪晖两位学者联合推荐；曾独立或参与撰写关于“一带一路”、国际合作和中非合作的政策建议并引起相关政府部门和社会的广泛关注。独立主持的研究项目十余项，包括正在主持的北京社科科学基金重点项目1项、国际合作项目2项，已完成的国家社科基金一般项目1项、教育部社科基金项目1项等。
